IN SEPTEMBER 2019, A FIRE OCCURRED AT VERMONT TIMBER WORKS, a custom timber frame company located in North Springfield, VT. Fire crews responded quickly, the building was unoccupied at the time, but unfortunately, the damage was widespread. Having worked together for many years, Bonin Architects reached out to offer support.
When the owners were ready to rebuild, we were happy to contribute. While they relocated to temporary facilities, design and construction began early in 2020 to rebuild the Vermont Timber Works offices and shop. Our firm offered design and consultation guidance through the rebuilding efforts, and we wish VTW continued success for many years to come.
